Simple billing terms for Tile Estimator

Trial period

New users begin with a 10-day trial. During the trial, full workspace access is available without requiring a card to start. When the trial ends, the account may continue in read-only mode until a paid subscription is started.

Monthly price

Paid access is currently offered at $10 per month. Pricing may change in the future, but any changes should be shown in the app or checkout before a new subscription starts.

Cancellation

You can cancel future billing through the customer billing portal linked from the app. If you cancel, your subscription remains active through the end of the current paid billing period, and future renewals stop after that period ends.

Refunds

Because Tile Estimator starts with a free trial, charges are generally not automatically refunded after a paid billing cycle begins. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support and we can review the request case by case.

Nothing on this page limits refund rights that may apply under laws that specifically require a different outcome.
