Using Tile Estimator

Service overview

Tile Estimator is a cloud-based estimating workspace built for tile installers and contractors. The product includes project scoping, materials review, customer-facing document generation, backups, and related workflow tools.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, controlling access to your email address, and keeping your login information confidential. You are also responsible for the activity that happens under your account.

Trials and paid access

New users may begin with a 10-day trial. After the trial ends, access may become limited to read-only mode until an active paid subscription is started. Paid access is currently offered at $10 per month unless otherwise stated on the pricing page or checkout flow.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Tile Estimator to:

• Break the law or violate the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or project data.
• Interfere with the service, bypass limits, or abuse trial or billing systems.
• Upload or store malicious content.

Your project and customer data

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the customer, project, and business information you store in Tile Estimator. You should review all generated documents before sharing them with customers.

Availability and changes

We may improve, change, pause, or remove parts of the service over time. We aim to keep the product available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service at all times.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these terms, abuses the billing or trial system, or creates security or legal risk. You may stop using the service at any time and can manage cancellation through the billing portal when subscribed.
